This combination allows 3C to translate leadership principles that work in high-stakes environments directly into healthcare and organizational leadership contexts.

Leadership Lunch & Learn (Most Flexible)

60–75 minutes Hosted on-site

Option 2:

Formal Leadership Session / Half-Day Workshop

2–4 hours Designed for supervisors, managers, and senior staff Scenario-based learning with facilitated discussion Greater depth on accountability, communication, and decision-making Series.

Objectives:

Each session is designed to produce practical and measurable leadership outcomes. Participants will: Strengthen decision-making under pressure Improve communication and trust within teams Understand the difference between positional authority and earned leadership Reinforce responsibility, ownership, and ethical leadership
