On April 11, 2026, the 3C Foundation presents the LEAD Symposium, a full-day leadership experience designed for those committed to leading with purpose and responsibility. The day begins with Coffee & Cigars (9:00–11:00 AM), creating space for authentic conversation, reflection, and connection among leaders, veterans, and supporters.
From 12:00–4:00 PM, the LEAD Symposium Sessions deliver high-impact leadership insights built around the core principles of:
Learn Continuously,
Execute Decisively,
Accept Responsibility,
Develop Leaders,
featuring multiple speakers with each hour and intentional time for connection and reflection.
The day concludes with the 5:00–9:00 PM 20-Year Anniversary Dinner Gala, honoring two decades of service to military Gold Star families while featuring 3C Foundation keynotes that reflect on leadership under pressure, the honor of responsibility, and the continued mission to serve those who serve others.

Meet and connect with storied military leaders, notable veterans, and many other impactful individuals throughout the Nation. Serving in and retiring from some of the most important Government and Department of War responsibilities.

20th Anniversary Gala
Join Us from 5-9 at the Oasis Golf and Conference Center in Cincinnati, OH to celebrate the 20th year of the Yellow Ribbon Support Centers. Founded by the father of Army Soldier Matt Maupin, captured in 2004 and remains found 2008. Keith Maupin has raised over 770k in scholarships and over 38k care packages in honor of his son. Chris Cravens with 3C will deliver the Keynote.
